by National Disability Council of NamibiaCircle Of Hope Private Academy – COHA is an inclusive school registered with the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture (Registration No. 7826) situated at Elcin Centre Old Ongwediva, Oshana region, Namibia. Our school uses English as a medium of instruction with Ministry of Education NiED, Junior Primary and Intellectual Impaired Curriculum. Currently, our enrolment is Kindergarten, Pre-Primary, Grade 1-3, Special Needs Classes (Autism spectrum disorder, Down Syndrome, and other intellectual disorders).
Victoria Joel
Victoria Joel is a 31-year-old social entrepreneur and an Olafika SMEs and Mentorship graduate, awarded the 2020 Most Diligent Entrepreneur of the Year. She is a devoted, trained special needs teacher with seven years of teaching experience in four different schools. Trained by SES Experts from Germany, she has passionately advocated for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other intellectual disabilities for the past ten years, serving as an expert and mentor.

Admission
Our school is open to applications for admission from people of all different backgrounds. All enquiries should be referred to the school registrar. The admission registrar will ensure that you have all the information you need. All parents are encouraged to visit the school principal and staff at the school.
COHA school application form should be filled in full, with all required documents attached and submitted at school. The school will process the application form and notify the parent/guardian of the application status. Kindly note that the school may request an entry test from the child applicant.

Special Needs Classes: N$2000.00 Monthly
Hostel Fee: N$1250.00 (Including Transport) Monthly
Transport Ongwediva and Oshakati: N$450.00 Monthly
School Fees payment is due no later than the 3rd of each month. Late fee payments will be charged. School Development Fund (SDF): N$ 350.00 mainstream and N$ 500.00 Special needs. Once a year, due 28/29 February.
